RACHEL
CEO, FOUNDER
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel Bromberg is the Founder and Creative Director of Authenticity Projects. After being told she did not fit the traditional standards of the fashion industry, she set out to create a space where people could be celebrated for who they are rather than who they are expected to be. Since founding Authenticity Projects, Rachel has led the creative direction of fashion shows, campaigns, workshops, and talent development initiatives designed to empower emerging creatives and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through her work, she has built a community that challenges industry norms while encouraging individuals to embrace authenticity and creative expression. A graduate of Temple University with both undergraduate and master’s degrees in Media Studies and Production, Rachel combines her background in production, storytelling, and creative direction to create experiences that inspire confidence, connection, and meaningful self-expression.
TREVOR
VICE PRESIDENT, PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Trevor Charles serves as Vice President of Authenticity Projects, where he leads strategic communications and helps shape the organization’s public presence. Since joining the team during its Figures 2023 fashion show, he has played a key role in developing campaigns, building media relationships, and amplifying the voices of emerging creatives.
Through his work, Trevor has helped position Authenticity Projects as an organization that challenges industry norms while creating opportunities for talent development and creative expression. His approach to communications is rooted in storytelling and strategy, using messaging as a tool to connect people with purpose-driven work.
Trevor believes creativity extends beyond the runway and can be found in vision, leadership, and the stories that bring communities together. Through strategic storytelling, he continues to support the growth and impact of Authenticity Projects.
ALANA
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Alana Palmer Serves as the Marketing Director for Authenticity projects. She started out as social media volunteer and further developed into the Social Media Coordinator within Authenticities second year. Alana is a New Jersey native, digital creator, and designer blending visual storytelling with community-driven impact. After transferring to Temple University and retiring from her athletics career, she redirected her passion into creative expression and meaningful connection through design and content creation. When she’s not behind the camera, you can find her reading poetry or writing her second book.
KASEY
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Kasey Thorpe is a creative producer, prolific creator, and arts professional dedicated to building opportunities for emerging creatives and fostering authentic storytelling. As the Executive Producer of Authenticity Projects, Kasey leads the development of creative initiatives, events, and media projects that are designed to uplift artists, models, designers, and other creative entrepreneurs. Holding this leadership role has been one of the most rewarding experiences of Kasey's career, providing the opportunity to turn creative vision into meaningful platforms that support and celebrate creative communities. A 2025 graduate of Temple University, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Production, Kasey has devoted time and energy to supporting fellow creatives while continuing to develop personal artistic and professional pursuits. Through producing, and creative development, Kasey remains committed to creating impactful work that inspires connection, authenticity, and growth. Whether leading productions, developing original projects, or collaborating with other artists, Kasey continues to expand any body of work with creativity, community.
